Welcome to the North East Enterprise Adviser Network as part of the onboarding process you will receive both a regional and national induction. Before starting the role, all Enterprise Advisers will have an induction. Ongoing training is then provided - some will be offered locally and other training will be offered online, nationally, by The Careers & Enterprise Company. It is mandatory that all new Enterprise Advisers complete a local induction session which we host via zoom on a bi-monthly basis but if you are unable to attend one of these sessions we have brought together all of our useful resources and induction video for you to view in your own time to support your role.
