Experiences of workplaces

Benchmark 6 focuses on the importance of every pupil having first-hand experiences of the workplace through visits, shadowing or work experience. This is different from Benchmark 5 (encounters) due to the depth required to make the experience meaningful for the pupils with measurable impact for the pupil in terms of career exploration and expansion of networks.
