About Winnovation Training
Winnovation Training was founded 2009 in the North-East region of England with the vision to assist the modern Social Care Manager to effectively organise and provide high quality training to meet all their staff development needs.
Winnovation take pride in providing exciting training that motivates individuals and supports social care settings to create a highly developed staff team. An OFSTED Grade 2 ‘Good’ overall provider, Winnovation has over 14 years’ track record of successfully delivering commercial and funded training contracts to healthcare businesses and residents within the North East.

What's on offer
Winnovation supports learners from entry level to level 5 in health, social care and childcare. From pre employment to level 5 management we have all your care training needs covered.
Our courses are designed in partnership with local employers to ensure our learners are fully trained, prepared and equipped to support the most vulnerable who require care and support.
Our bespoke training supports the learners full journey from initial employment to progressing into senior, coordinators and management positions. As well as our funded provision we offer a wide variety of commercial training which is a accredited and CPD approved. these include but not limited to, First Aid, Moving and assisting people, Oliver McGowan tier 2, CSE, specialist residential childcare programme and many more.
