Seta’s Washington base is the largest engineering training centre in the North East with its own well equipped workshops. Our location in the heart of the region allows easy access from both the A1 and A19 road links, with Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and Middlesbrough all nearby.
Whats on offer
Seta provides a comprehensive range of high-quality engineering and manufacturing apprenticeships at Levels 3 and 4, along with degree-level pathways. Our programmes cover a broad range of disciplines, including both electrical and mechanical, fabrication and support apprenticeships, such as design.
Apprenticeships
Seta's apprenticeships provide a launchpad to an exciting career. For engineering in particular our workshop facilities enable apprentices to experience 'hands-on' learning and acquire valuable practical skills.
