We are a private company based in Newton Aycliffe which provides bespoke and commercial training services and solutions for local employers. Apprenticeships, training and consultancy services provided by NC Group Ltd are fundamental to workforce development. Our engagement with key regional employers is strategic in regard to LEP Priorities and focuses on areas such as Advanced Manufacturing, IT/Digital, ILM Leadership and Management.
The expertise within the Directors allows us to meet the needs of employers, by providing a high-quality service to allow the growth of the workforce through continuous development and upskilling. Our key areas are workforce development, upskilling of existing staff and succession planning.
We offer a full managed service to support and bring additionality to employer engagement marketing and lead generation activity. This service can be offered in all LEP areas as we have local intelligence and regional credibility. We imbed learner marketing strategies that seek to improve future investment and staff retention.
