In our 20+ years of experience, we have learned that a salon's people are its greatest asset. Therefore, we make it our mission to provide top-quality education that not only teaches technical skills but also prepares apprentices for a successful career in the industry. Each apprentice is assigned their own Educator who will deliver first-class training, working closely with both the salon and the apprentice.

We offer both work-based learning within the salon and day-release training at our modern and fully equipped Darlington Academy. We are proud to be one of the top apprenticeship training providers in the country, delivering the next generation of high-calibre hairdressers, beauty therapists and barbers.
