About Eliesha Training
Established in 2001 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Eliesha Training is an experienced training provider and L&D consultancy.
As specialists in management and leadership development, we have supported hundreds of organisations and hundreds of thousands of individuals across all sectors with access to a relevant, engaging and impactful learning experience developing the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive in their day-to-day role and build successful careers.
We are a long-term Approved Centre with ILM and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), delivering accredited programmes towards their popular and respected qualifications in Management & Leadership and Coaching & Mentoring, from Levels 2-7 and including online/distance learning.
We also deliver the Level 3 and 5 Management Apprenticeships as a Main Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), helping organisations to access comprehensive leadership development with either their Apprenticeship Levy payments or non-Levy funding.

Eliesha’s philosophy is always to work in a close, collaborative and proactive partnership with our customers to obtain an in-depth understanding of their specific culture, challenges and aims.
We offer a variety of interventions that can be contextualised to culture and competency needs, combined and structured to form comprehensive programmes of learning that can bring about required behaviour change and desired skills and learning outcomes:
- Microlearning: Eliesha’s pearls of wisdom® are short but powerful animated videos, covering a wide array of management, leadership and workplace topics, models, tools and techniques.
- Workshops: Our range of subject matter experts enable participants to learn new skills, to explore new ideas and to embed good practice in their day-to-day business. These can be sessions lasting between 2-3 hour, all day, or as part of a longer programme of development.
- Social-learning sessions: Interactive sessions of between 90 minutes and 3 hours, delivering skills, knowledge and techniques with a practical focus on shared participant context, application and how to transfer learning back to the workplace.
- Webinars: the opportunity for large numbers of participants to come together and expand their subject knowledge via a bespoke online seminar, delivered by a subject-matter expert.
- Accredited Programmes: As an Approved Centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute, Eliesha can support the drive for nationally recognised qualifications in Leadership, Management and Coaching.
- Apprenticeship Programmes: We are an approved provider for the Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship programme and the Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship programme.
