Through our Apprenticeship Academies, we offer high-quality, career-focused training designed to help individuals and organisations thrive from recruitment of apprentices or upskilling your existing workforce . Our Leadership & Management Academy develops confident leaders through programmes such as Level 3 Team Leader, Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor, and Level 5 Operations Manager. The Business Functions Academy strengthens essential workplace skills with programmes like Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, Level 3 Customer Service Specialist, and Level 3 Business Administrator. Our Youth Support Worker Academy focuses on community impact through the Level 3 Youth Support Worker and Level 3 Safeguarding Support Officer apprenticeships.
Beyond apprenticeships, B-Skill also delivers a range of Diploma Courses, One-Day Workshops, Short CPD Courses, and specialised Beauty Courses & Centre Training, offering opportunities for lifelong learning and continuous professional development.
