• Gain feedback on recruitment process from the perspective of students
• Opportunity to mentor students to understand components of the recruitment process
• Provide opportunity for students to analyse job application material and understand how to articulate their matched skillset and experiences

Student outcomes

• Become familiar with different components that make up the recruitment process and understand these may differ between companies
• Gain experience in identifying what job descriptions and person specifications are asking of candidates
• Experience in writing a personal statement and drafting a CV
